Whitby Sports Hall of Fame set to induct three in April

WHITBY — An Olympic sailor and two key figures in lacrosse comprise the 2013 class for induction into the Whitby Sports Hall of Fame.

Chris Cook, who competed at the Beijing Olympics in 2008, will be joined by lacrosse builder Jim Brady and five-time Mann Cup champion John Fusco for the 16th annual induction ceremony, which will take place Saturday, April 27 at the Royal Ashburn Golf Club.
