Class of 2026 Inductees Recognized at Whitby Town Council
On Monday, February 2, 2026, the Whitby Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2026 Inductees were formally recognized during the Regular Meeting of the Whitby Town Council.
The recognition ceremony took place in Council Chambers and highlighted the outstanding contributions and achievements of this year’s inductees. Mayor Elizabeth Roy presented each inductee with a Medal for Outstanding Achievement. Members of the Whitby Sports Hall of Fame Board of Directors were in attendance, with Hall President Rocky Gualtieri participating in the medal presentations.
The evening served as a meaningful moment of civic recognition, celebrating two individuals and one team who have made a lasting impact on sports in our community.
