Ron Sutton

Ron was born in Oshawa and played his minor sports in Oshawa and Whitby. He started playing lacrosse at the age of thirteen and at fifteen was playing for the Jr. “B” Lasco Steelers. Brooklin obtained a release from his Junior team for Ron to play with the Sr. “A” Redmen at the age of 19, and after winning the Mann Cup in 1968, Ron went back to Junior and retired the following year.
