Ron Moore

Ron was born, raised and still resides in Whitby. Ron’s lacrosse career includes minor lacrosse in Whitby, Sr. “B” for the Oshawa Lasco Steelers, and Sr. “A” with the 1968 Mann Cup Champion Brooklin Redmen.

He played hockey for the Whitby Jr. “A” Mohawks, the Bowmanville Jr. “B” Pic-O-Mats, and the Jr. “C” Whitby Hillcrests. Ron also refereed Minor Hockey. Ron’s dad, Art, managed the old Whitby Arena while his mom, Marg, operated the snack bar.
