Lori Strong

Lori began her gymnastics career at the age of 4 and competed for 16 years throughout high school (Whitby’s Anderson Collegiate) and college (University of Georgia). She participated in numerous National and International events including the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, Korea, the 1990 Commonwealth Games in New Zealand, and the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, Spain.

Over the course of her career, Lori won more than 100 Gold medals, including 35 Golds in International competitions.

While studying journalism at the University of Georgia, Lori was the captain of the University’s Gymnastics Team and she earned All-American status as an individual performer.

Her studies also provided the opportunity to work as a television colour commentator at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia.
