Jim Brady of St. Catharines, Ontario, has been very involved in lacrosse at every level since the 1950’s, acting as an organizer, referee, coach, manager, and administrator.

Winner of numerous awards for his tireless efforts, Jim was the Ontario Lacrosse Association’s “Mr. Lacrosse” in 1984. He has been to the Minto Cup as a coach or manager on six occasions, winning four times. Entering the 1998 season as head coach of the Burlington Junior “A” team, Jim had achieved a record 460 wins and only 195 losses as a coach or manager of junior lacrosse teams. In 1997 and 1998, Jim also managed to find time to act as the Ontario Lacrosse Association’s Major League Commissioner.

One of Jim’s career highlights was his role as General Manager and Assistant Coach with the 1980 CBC Builders Minto Cup Champions.
